• Monitor for Rs 5,000 - 10,000
• Hard disk space: 80GB
• RAM: 2GB
• Operating system: Windows 7 (all editions) or Windows 8 or Windows 10

For Client Server (CS)

• Standard desktop (or laptop) computer. This will cost approximately around Rs 20,000 - 25,000
• Monitor for Rs 5,000 - 10,000
• Intel Core I5 3rd Gen processor (I5 3450 3.1 GHz) (Depends on the number of clients)
• Hard disk space: 250GB HDD (No Raid Required)
• RAM:8 GB (Depends on the number of clients)
• Windows 7 profession – 64bit or Windows 2008 R2 Server - 64 bit is preferred
• Microsoft SQL server EXPRESS edition 2008 R2 (Free from Microsoft) or Microsoft SQL server 2008 R2 Professional edition (Paid version is suggested for better performance)
• HDSchool Server cannot be installed on any Home Basic operating system and any windows operating system that does not support IIS with asp.net

• An inkjet or laser printer for invoices, reports and barcode labels
• Laser prints are much cheaper than thermal printer. Approximately Rs7,000 - 9,000
• You can also print your stickers / Labels in laser printer and Do NOT require expensive thermal printers
• You can print your fee receipts in laser printer

• Use barcode scanner to scan Item at any point where an item code is required
• With HDSchool any type of barcode scanner will work
• You can also use a USB barcode scanner
• Barcode scanner generally costs around 9000 - 10,000 Rs

• If you are running Windows 7 and facing problems with application installation, you need .Net framework 4.0 runtime

• To run our applications after trial key, we highly recomend that you use SQL server for better performance.
